Hope all is well, and everyone is staying safe! I'm new to biggerpockets as well as real estate investing, but have a gained a real interest in it. Im 22 years old, and currently in school finishing up my masters in international business. I recently finished David Lindhahl's book multifamily millions, and really liked what he had to say about investing in apartment complexes (repositions). I'm looking for advice on how to start investing into these types of properties especially in my current circumstance. My circumstance being a broke college student lol.

@Evan Dyer Dave Lindahl's book piqued my interest in Mult-family doors! It's taken several years and alot of distractions but we are finally taking the steps to purchase 70-125 doors. It is a whole different lingo but my experience in SFH is helping tremendously. In my opinion it's a big step going into large MF but am super excited.

As @David Lilley said go for a house hack - get the experience, have room mates (get paid) manage the property. Or find a Duplex and rent the other side.

Also, when you can jump in a syndication (study it intensely - don't just jump in with both feet) you can learn that way too. Smaller syndication, smaller investment.

Stay involved in Bigger Pockets and when meet-ups are back in action, get involved.

Read @Scott Trench 's book Set for Life. You are at the perfect age to put into action what he talks about in the book.
