Contact my cousin Jin Ahn commercial realtor in Houston.   Tell her I sent you.  Ask her for advice and leads. She is in market and will know the players.

Ill definitely reach out! Thank you for the recommendation.

Quote from @Evan Dyer:

Thanks for getting back to me guys.

The deal specifics are:

8 unit seller financed in Laredo, TX

$700,000 purchase price

10% down

4% interest only payments for the first year

After that it goes into 4% interest for 6 years

Returns for the investor are 8% preferred return, and a 1.75x multiplier. Looking to buy-out the investor within 5 years.

Hi Guys,

Recently got my first multi-family deal under contract seller financed. Needing to find an equity partner to help out with the downpayment. This is my first raise, and struggling to find people to help fund it. Any advice on how to find equity partners would be greatly appreciated.
