Hello, all! New student to the real estate investment game from Parkersburg, WV. I am looking to connect with anyone interested in sharing thoughts and discussing REI, both locally and elsewhere. I have been reading books, listening to podcasts, and reading blog posts for a bit, and have set a goal of dipping my toes in to a BRRRR property by the end of the year.
