Thank you. I appear to be on the same path as you in regards to reviewing content. You're right, the podcast is also quite informative. I work in Lakeland as well and it certainly seems like a growing city with much less expensive housing options compared to Tampa. Best of luck to you as well!

Hi,

My name is Evan. I am a physician and am in the process of educating myself regarding creating a rental portfolio. My goal is to build a portfolio which provides a cash flow equal to or greater than my current income as a physician; Preferably within an hour driving distance from Tampa.

I hope this journey will provide me with the opportunity to connect with other interesting individuals.
