Hi BiggerPockets! I am a stay at home mom living in Huntsville, AL. My husband and I will be looking to buy an investment rental property in the next 6 months. We are interested mostly in single family homes. 

I have grown up in Huntsville and know the neighborhoods pretty well, but would love to chat with people about the best area for rentals, what their experience with vacancies has been, etc. 

Thanks so much for welcoming us to the BiggerPockets community! I’m excited to have found this wonderful resource.
