@Greg Hopkinson

Trust me you will never have trouble finding tenants, as long as you have a clean and safe house. I personally find the winter months easier because you don't have to worry about the grass/yard work as it sits empty.

I am on the lookout for a different opportunity, but am probably going to wait till the spring unless something good pops up.

 Just curious, why are you going to wait till spring?

Buy it, lol. With those number you can't go wrong.......

You didn't list any real details, so I don't think anyone could give you a real answer.

@Monica Johnson

Look into smartkey by kwikset, all the big box stores carry them. You can re key them your self its super simple. I use them on all my rentals, there alittle pricey but worth it.

@Jonathan Wallace

In a normal situation, there are a couple different meetups that happen monthly. With that said obviously nothing is happening now.

I have a empty house I'm about to rent. Any advise on verifying income since 1/2< of our state is laid off. I don't really want to wait till everything is back to normal.
