How's it going! My name is Adit Shah, I recently transitioned out of the military after 5 years of service in the Navy. I am currently house hacking with a 2br 2ba condo that I purchased with the VA loan, I live in one bedroom and rent out the other. I am looking to thoroughly educate myself about real estate investing, particularly rehab and flip and rehab and rent so I can start my journey building the life of my dreams. I want to be in a position someday to help other people achieve success in their life. I have a vision of revitalizing neighborhoods and helping out as many people as I can.
