Newb from Montreal, Canada looking in the US

Hey,

New here from Montreal, Canada.

I've started to listen/binge to BP podcast in the last month. I am here to educate myself on US investment and more precisely maybe for STR near Orlando/Kissimmee but I am mot close to anything since I am starting to learn.

Since financing for a foreign seems to be hard, I guess I would invest in a couple of years when my money stack will be higher

Hi Marc! I talked to Royal Bank about purchasing a property in Denver (I'm also based in Montreal) and I believve they told me 25%. They are one of the few Canadian banks who operate in the US and do US mortgages directly.
