Hey Beth,

I didn't know about Royal bank but it seems like there's natbank and desjardins bank in florida but I've read they doesn't seems to be easy to deal.

I just needs to plan my real estate project and try to get my wife onboard haha.

Thanks for the answer, I had heard 50% for the down payment was needed so 30% is not too bad. Maybe it's the Canadian bank branch in Florida that needs that. So I just need to accumulate that 30% ;)

Hey,

New here from Montreal, Canada.

I've started to listen/binge to BP podcast in the last month. I am here to educate myself on US investment and more precisely maybe for STR near Orlando/Kissimmee but I am mot close to anything since I am starting to learn.

Since financing for a foreign seems to be hard, I guess I would invest in a couple of years when my money stack will be higher
