Real Estate Coaching SCAMS!

Dawn Cohen
Posted

Years ago I was scammed into hiring a "COACH" for free.  needless to say it was a scam!  They sell you a bill of goods at a hotel seminar, provide lunch.  Tell you its FREE.  BUT......

They make you fill out a credit card form, charge you UP FRONT and the credit card company does not start your billing for a YEAR.  I do not do any business if a company is from UTAH.  I found out the seminar I am attending in October is a UTAH based Coaching company. They are relentless and do not give up and promise the world.  DO NOT GET FOOLED.  One company is currently under indictment but by the time you realize it, your money is gone.  They tend to use a credit card company from New York to get you a new card.

@Dawn Cohen

It’s irresponsible to suggest there are no companies in Utah that are legitimate.

Rational due diligence will separate the good companies from the hucksters.

Emotional knee-jerk blanket categorical characterization of the businesses is counter productive.
