Newbie working remotely in Fort Walton Beach

I am new to the BRRR and Flip process. I have owned a rental home for 10 years and am looking to get into much more as I move back to main land US after living abroad with the military.

I am looking to BRRR in the Fort Walton Beach area while flipping in Flagstaff AZ.

I am beyond excited to be involved with so many motivated people in this community. I hope I am able to help others fulfill their dreams as I chase mine.
