How many of you have invested after disasters such as hurricanes?

What are some things to look out for?

How long and far are home prices depressed for?

Do you have any tips, tricks or suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Post: Looking for BRRR/Flip Checklists

Wassup Bigger Pockets Family! I am starting out and have consumed a ton of education on this while I patiently wait to build a pot of capital. As I get closer to buying my first BRRR I read in David Greene's book that he liked to use checklists to help ensure that he does not over look items during his processes.

My question to you all is do you use any checklists or what processes do you use to ensure that the entire team is on the same page?

I would be extremely happy if you shared your thoughts/products here!

Thanks in advance!

@Melissa Jolley thanks for all of the info! Will definitely look into the meet ups when I visit. Do you have any recommendations for the Flagstaff/AZ area?

@Raymond Stead II great to hear! I think there is a local meetup at the twisted grape in shalimar.

Thanks for the heads up! I will look into it when I come into town.

I am new to the BRRR and Flip process. I have owned a rental home for 10 years and am looking to get into much more as I move back to main land US after living abroad with the military.

I am looking to BRRR in the Fort Walton Beach area while flipping in Flagstaff AZ.

I am beyond excited to be involved with so many motivated people in this community. I hope I am able to help others fulfill their dreams as I chase mine.
