My name is Christopher but most people call me Prince from my last name and the fact that their are often other Chris versions around.

I am a new investor who is managing my first flip in Rutherford NJ. I am partnered and learning from an NJ investor from my Essex County NJ town.

He is focused on flipping while I would prefer to buy and hold but I figure the rehab experience is transferable.

I am interested in obtaining my first buy and hold in a local market or partnering with an investor in a market where my NYC income can go further. If you have any good prospects and want an active cash partner, let me know.
