We are interested in starting our investing career with SFH under $200K, duplexes and triplexes. We would eventually like to invest in apartments and maybe commercial or residential ALF's. We are looking to flip a few properties, then buy and hold. Give us a shout out if you are in the Central Florida area. We love to meet and connect with others in our business.
