@Keleisha Carter

I work with Keller Williams Lake Nona, and we refer our clients who are looking for rentals to Greater Orlando Property Management.

@Rebecca Seidler. Hey Rebecca I am interested in the same, I am a realtor and have an auto search setup. I am going to sell my rental property in WA and looking for a multi-family.

I have been on here and MS and OH look like cheap spots for the multi-families. Or Tampa area seems to have the good cap rate homes.

@Nathan Hann

Someone mentioned that buyer/broker agreement is solid and since you signed he can get a part of the commission from when you buy something or if that broker doesn’t pay typically the way they are written is they can come after you for commission.

Talk to him tell him you are ready to buy and you are feeling he is slacking. Idk if he has you on an MLS auto search but he could think you are not that interested.

@Maura Colarelli I started a year and a half ago. I love the technology and training. Plus my MC technically is in three different locations because they fall under one broker.

@Kelly Zingarelli I am in east Orlando looking to meet up too.

@Keith Courtney

I am a realtor for KW Lake Nona and I am about to sell my rental in WA for capital for a multi-family. I was ever looking on MLS yesterday but the good ones are $$ and cap rates don't seem that good.

There are some fixer uppers in Kissimmee.

Let me know if you want to partner up.

@Jacob Gelinas this is the same thing that I fear. I look on here and MLS and don't know if what I see is a deal.

@Steve Dullinger as an agent the listing agent would love that but honestly its not in your best interest

Think of it this way, If that agent represents the seller and you who are they really working for?

And think of it this way if you use a buying agent what does it really cost you? Maybe the funding fee $200-$500?

but a buying agent does not get commission by you, the seller pays the commission. So what’s your loss the $200-$500 fee?
