@Ana Klein Buy Brandon Turner's book, "The Book On Investing in Real Estate with No and Low money Down.". It's sold at Bigger Pockets or Amazon. it has a lot of great ideas for creative financing.

Thank you @Account Closed all advice is always open. I have some experience wholesaling but I am up against some huge wholesalers in my area that grab up all of the properties. Would love some new tricks.

Hi Kevin I am an investor in Orlando. There are plenty of great properties around Orlando International Airport. Here are a few you can check out.

Pine Castle, FL
Conway, FL
Oak Ridge, FL
Azalea Park, FL
Orlando, FL
Kissimmee, FL
Doctor Phillips, FL
Winter Park, FL
Fairview Shores, FL
Pine Hills, FL
Saint Cloud, FL
Goldenrod, FL
Maitland, FL
Fern Park, FL
Lockhart, FL

The center of each city listed is within 15 miles of MCO.

Advice on finding good deals to flip. We are looking down the I-4 corridor. Live in Orlando but it's saturated. We like Lake County and Lakeland. MLS yes or no?

Thank you @harry @Harry Jacobs. I am very intrigued by warehouse investing. I have to check the Orlando market to see if it would be a good investment or not.

Thank you, @Dushyant Ravi that was a great education. I appreciate your input.

Thanks @Giuseppe Pavone, I certainly will.

Thank you gentlemen. appreciate the help. I was leaning towards flipping 3-4 keeping one, but I guess the numbers talk. I will look at each property individually and decide what to do with it.

Does anyone buy warehouses? Was researching that area and it appears lucrative. Looking for the real deal though from the BP community.

BP community, what factors do you look for when deciding to flip a house or hold and rent?
