Hey everyone!

My name is Betsy, and I'm a newbie here in the BP forum. I currently live in Philadelphia, PA. I'm really interested in investing on real state, and I just bought my 1st home a couple of months ago. For now, I just want to learn about investing on real estate and networking with people in the area to learn more about the current market here in Philly and surrounding areas.

Best advice I can give you is get specific with what part of RE investing you want to pursue. "real estate investing" is a pretty general term. Do you want to flip? Buy n Hold? Wholesale? Build new construction? As for the market, Phila is one of the hottest markets in the country. If you live in or around the city I'm sure you're seeing all the new construction all around!?!?
