Newbie in Indianapolis. New member introduction
Hey everyone,
New guy here just wanted to introduce myself to everyone.h
I am currently starting in Indianapolis and am interested in starting investing with wholesaling, flipping, and brrrring in the Indianapolis area. I am currently still reading and learning. I have also started practicing calculating numbers correctly. The biggest issue I am still working on is how to estimate repair costs and ARV numbers, more so repair costs due to not having really much experience in the field. Looking forward to meeting new people and getting started. Any and all advice and welcome.

Maybe a contractor can help you estimate repair costs. Have you read any of the BP books? I'm currently looking into the Indianapolis market myself.
