For networking with other investors, discussing strategies, getting advice, and helping others learn. I personally am an out of state investor (focusing on the Indianapolis area), but all are welcome.  The event is free...I won't try to sell you anything.

We'll meet in El Segundo, just South of LAX. The location is Smoky Hollow Tasting & Taproom (R6 Distillery). The ambiance is a speak-easy, so the building entrance is via the side street on Bungalow by the painted garage door. I'll reserve the section of high-top tables which will be roped off just for us. If all goes well, maybe we can make this a recurring event.

What are your financial criteria and do you care about frequent turns and other tenant related factors?

Hi fellow Angelenos,

I'm starting a meetup in El Segundo (by LAX).  First networking event will be Saturday January 11th at 3pm.  This first meeting will be pretty informal... just getting to know each other, asking questions, and sharing information.  We can modify from there for future events.

We can talk about different neighborhoods, property criteria, what's working, what isn't.

Hi.  Is this meetup for people who invest in Long Beach, or anywhere including long distance?

@Steve Wang. The podcast guest owns a company that offers they type of loans you want... you should contact that company.
