@Jean Laurin

Hey Jean, yes I am currently trying to speak with more contractors for assistance with that regard. I have completed reading the ultimate beginner's guide to getting started, the book on estimating rehab costs, and the book on investing with no and low money down. Currently reading the BRRRR book.

Hey everyone,

New guy here just wanted to introduce myself to everyone.h

I am currently starting in Indianapolis and am interested in starting investing with wholesaling, flipping, and brrrring in the Indianapolis area. I am currently still reading and learning. I have also started practicing calculating numbers correctly. The biggest issue I am still working on is how to estimate repair costs and ARV numbers, more so repair costs due to not having really much experience in the field. Looking forward to meeting new people and getting started. Any and all advice and welcome.
