Vacation Rental Property Manager Percentages
My wife and I are looking at vacation rentals in PCB area. We live in TN and would need a property manager. As I analyze deals, what would be an appropriate percentage to budget for a PM?
Thanks in advance

@Neil Lieb
We are a short term rental property management company and charge between 25-35% depending on how rural the location is. We also pay for all disposables (tp, paper towels, shampoo etc) this keeps the rentals feeling like long term rentals for the owners. Expect to pay between 20 and 35 for.a good manager but compare which companies pay for what and if their percentage is gross or net. There’s a ton of variability in pricing structures in the industry. 35% of net could be way cheaper than 20% gross.
