@Blake Dailey I can do as little or as much as I need.  I am listed as a co-host on Airbnb so I can respond to any messages I want to and adjust rates and the such but it’s up to me. All messages are automated unless you have need to respond immediately.  

I'm looking to connect with a property manager in the Panama City Beach area able to co-manage with me for 10%. Looking to buy a property first quarter of 2021. I have a smoky mountain STR I currently do a 90/10 split with a management team.

My wife and I just closed on our first vacation rental and are looking for a solid CPA in the Nashville area.  We would prefer they have experience with rentals.  Please let me know of any you may know!

Putting the financing together to buy a vacation rental in Panama City Beach.  Wondering if there’s anyone out there who knows the permits and regulations down there for STRs?  I know they seem liberal but wanting to know what I’m getting myself into.
