I would like to start whole sale pre- foreclosure homes and i would like guidance on where i can start with it .

i live in the state of wisconsin i don't need help finding the houses i just need help putting the numbers together

@Victor Zelada, the first thing you would want to do is send them direct mail. If you don't get a response after 5-6 mailers then the best option would be to door knock.
