Hello everyone. I like the forums so far! I am 22 years old, currently in the Air Force with three years left. I am just here to read and learn. My intrest lies in rental properties and my goal is to be close to investing in my first property when I get out of the military and move to Virginia Beach. I will have my texas real estate license after my upcoming deployment, and hope to be a part time agent and learn more about the industry. Thats about it for me, if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Josh Dorkin, the founder of Bigger Pockets has been doing some interviews and posting them. The latest one may give you some inspiration. He came out of the military and into RE and has 10 years experience. I just watched it today, and think you will like it.
