Hello Bigger Pocket Family,

I am located in Teaneck New Jersey.  Looking to Invest in rental properties in my area to build a solid foundation for my kids and gain experience in this industry. Listened to many Podcasts and youtube videos to gain some knowledge, but no real experience in this field.  I am determined to learn all there is to know about real estate and have the drive to do whatever it takes to get educated and build A great Portfolio.
