Hi Everyone, I’m Originally from Ireland and living in Brisbane for the last 11 years . I work in the construction industry here and run my own business. I happened across the podcast and decided to join the app , hopefully I can gain some knowledge to get on the path to property investment. I have a lot of experience and contacts in the building and renovation industry and would love to help or share my knowledge to anyone if I can .  Hi Noah,

It depends. Almost everything is more expensive here and we have less rights (compared to the US). 

But we have nice beaches, food and attractions.
