Hello BP, my names Nicholas E! I found this forum because I recently bought Brandon T's book...

" The Book on Rental Property Investing: How to Create Wealth and Passive Income Through Smart Buy & Hold Real Estate Investing "

A little about myself, I'm in love with everything that has to do with numbers, investing, od's and POKER! I took some time off of school as soon as I graduated from FHS, and now am going back to school to hopefully achieve my masters/phd in Finance ( Would love to go to NYU). I currently work FT, however I'm debating on playing poker FT in a years time.

I mention poker because I have been able to more money via that then my FT job ( 15/hr ). Going back to school, and wanting to invest in properties is what I am really aiming for. Poker allows me to have an open schedule, and although its a bigger risk for my age to not have a certain paycheck every week I've made up my mind.

I'm new to EVERYTHING in the housing market with no experience, however I've engulfed myself with every book I can get my hands on, and look forward to learning from all you guys/girls!

GO BILLS!
