I tried searching the site before posting but I am looking for a Real Estate Closing Attorney in the Orlando/Central FL Area that works with investors and assignment contracts.

Any help or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Linda that is a great question. Being as new as I am, my concept of adding value was to assist with marketing or bringing deals that I wouldn't mind splitting 30/70 (70% to mentor) as I learn but I am willing to search courthouses records if that what it takes. I am looking at this as investing in myself and my future, so whatever it takes is my attitude.

I am in the central FL area and looking to build a real estate investing company starting with the concept of wholesales, fix and flips and eventually buy and holds. While I have zero experience, I am coachable and willing to put in the time to add value to anyone willing to training. I have researched several mentoring programs and very close to signing up with clever investors based on the training that I see that they provide but I would prefer working with someone in my backyard instead of AZ.
