What's the best strategy for a beginner Investor.

I'm a beginner Investor trying to figure out if Wholesaling is the best way to begin or buying me a house first with the first time home buyers program then rent a space in my place. Then after two years use the equity to start buying properties.

@Tonnita Owens I am a huge fan of doing a small multi family house hack for your first deal. What is even better is if you can do a combo house back BRRRR. It gives you a low barrier of entry to buying (low down payment), you get favorable loan terms, it eases you into property management and lets you manage maintenance issues (hiring or DIY).

There are lots of great videos and webinars on BP that go through this process in detail.
