Awesome!!!! Congratulations... I wish you more success. You made my day.

I truly appreciate the advice. I can offer the investor exceptional customer service to his/her client base. I'm good at researching information and I could manage a property for them and bring it up to part if it's going in the wrong direction. Plus, help with finding and  maintaining great deals!!!

With that being said, I've been running numbers to find a great Multi-family deal. If I come across anything that I think is a perfect match for you, I will send it your way.

How do you build relationships with seasoned investors? I'm study all the time but until I get out there and start networking nothing going to happen. Any advice from a season investor, I would truly appreciate the feed back.

What is the main ingredients investors look for in a wholesale deal?

Should I use 70% rule or Fixed cost method?

What's the best way to analyze wholesale deals?

How to know if you have a real buyer or someone wasting your time?

What makes a great wholesaler?

What are some of the pit falls you made and how you recovered?

If someone could have told you one thing about wholesaling before you began, what would that be?
