Check out Alexy Realty - @Tiffany Alexy has built a solid team. She is an investor, broker and has a property management division as well.

@Matthew Minor - he is a great guy, former marine, investor, developer and is a broker.

There are a few big PM companies like Wilson Property Management & Priess. They have mixed reviews and some folks have had really good success with them. I used Wilson for years with no issues.

Abare Property Management does a good job and was one of the main leasing agents for Wilson before she started her own company a few years ago.

Then @tiffanyalexy is the owner of Alexy Realty & Property Management. She is a broker, BP member and fellow investor. She is a killer agent and has a growing team. And her fiancé helps oversee the Alexy Realty Property Management division.

I personally use Tiffany as my broker for buying & selling in Triangle.

Hopefully these suggestions help give you some ideas of folks to talk to.

Hi Dan, I can't see the issues. Can you repost them. Also is this your first rental?

@Jason Chopin I am a big fan of house hacking. I am just starting to look for my fourth house hack.

With doing a house hack in the Raleigh - Durham area, the tough part is going to be finding a multifamily property. They are out there, they just go quick. And you compete with all cash buyers.

I use @Tiffany Alexy firm Alexy Realty as my agent in the Raleigh Durham area.. She is an investor so she gets it from that side of things. She has several agents that work for her. In addition, she has a property management division as well.

Hi @Tom Keller welcome to the Raleigh subforum. About 5 years ago I went pretty heavy on researching Rocky Mount and thought there was potential. But I ultimately didn't pursue anything because at that time there was enough happening in the Triangle to keep me busy.

If anyone else is currently active in Rocky Mount, I would love hearing their thoughts too.

The good wholesalers who have been around for years have their relationships set. I noticed they don’t need to market for buyers anymore. They can move a good deal with hardly any work.

Or, the really good wholesalers transitioned into doing the best deals themselves.

As James Wise said, it’s not the way it was back in 2010.
