Hello! 

My name is Jamie Rost and I am brand new to real estate investing. My day job is currently an executive in IT at a local college but like many other stories, my income being tied directly to the hours I worked have required me to choose between work and family which is less than ideal requiring me to research other options.   I have been learning about real estate for the past year and am now ready to start my investment journey. I am interested in investing locally as well as long distance in both single family and multi-family homes.  I like the idea of buy and hold but also have some experience participating in rehab and flip projects.  

What I really like about real estate is all of the options available and the potential for each option.  I also really like how supportive the community is to help one another succeed.
