New Investor in SW Metro Minnesota

Hi Everyone,

I'm Tony Kuschel and I am a new investor in the Southwest metro of MN. I currently work as an IT Operations Consultant and have been interested in Real Estate for some time.

My interest is in small multi-family rental homes in the Southwest metro of Minnesota, specifically Chaska, Chanhassen, and Shakopee. My goal is to have 5 rentals by the end of 2018 that are cash flowing properties.

I am eager to learn, if anyone would like to connect feel free!

Thanks Everyone

Hi @Tony Kuschel ,

Be sure to also check out the in-person meetups. There are always wholesalers, lenders, realtors, Title, contractors, and landlords that attend so you can ask other investors how they tackled the challenges you may be facing.
