@Nathan Platter do you have any recommendations for meetups? I have found the MNREIA and am planning on attending one of their monthly meetings.

@John Woodrich I would have to agree. After doing some searching it is hard to find a property in this area. My plan is to be ready to move quick or find properties that could be converted with minimal zoning changes. I have also looked into the St. Cloud market and that as more listings currently.

I'm Tony Kuschel and I am a new investor in the Southwest metro of MN. I currently work as an IT Operations Consultant and have been interested in Real Estate for some time.

My interest is in small multi-family rental homes in the Southwest metro of Minnesota, specifically Chaska, Chanhassen, and Shakopee. My goal is to have 5 rentals by the end of 2018 that are cash flowing properties.
