Newbie from Brentwood California!!

Hi BP community. I am a new investor in Brentwood California and love this site and everything it has to offer!! I am setting a goal to buy my first out of state property this year and I'm well on my way to making that goal a reality. My strategy is to BRRRR my way to financial freedom. I am currently looking in the Kansas City and Cleveland markets with their great cash flow opportunities for buy and hold investments but I'm completely open to any suggestions to other great markets. I would love any feedback on specific neighborhoods or brokers in these areas that can steer me in the right direction. Thank you everyone and hello!!!
