Ever want to get together and talk strategies let me know. I’ve done 10 brrrrs in the Cleveland market. Curious how much time you put into self managing from a distance?

Thank you @Jentry Meza  I’m on my way to financial freedom. I started this process 3 months ago and I currently just bought 2 duplexes that I’m using your famous brrrr strategy on. In the middle of rehab now but I’ll keep you posted on the progress. If anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out

@Doran Summers the arv will be 140 and 125k. Purchase price at 70k and 60k. About a 1 month rehab for both properties. Roughly 15-20k in rehab each

I’m currently looking at two duplexes that I’m going to brrrr in the Cleveland area. I will be purchasing one with a hard money lender and the other with cash. I’m looking for a lender who can refi as soon as the rehab is completed. Any suggestions on a bank would be appreciated. I would like to not have my money tied up for 6 months. Thank you!!!
