Hi, everyone!

I'm Nina, and I'm 23 years old from Philadelphia, PA. I've pretty recently committed to pursuing real estate as a way to obtain early financial freedom after listening to the 90-Day podcast episode recommended to me by my best friend/partner, Alex.

I'm working on trying to just soak up any information I can to get started, and I'm hopefully going to attend some meetups around here when I see them pop up! If anyone wants to talk real estate, strategies, goals, music, or traveling, (or ya know, whatever else), definitely reach out!

 Welcome Nina! As you know, Philadelphia has many neighborhoods and in each neighborhood, the values change block-by-block. I'd recommend picking 1-2 neighborhoods where you're comfortable and learning them really well. Get to know what projects are upcoming, what things are selling and renting for, etc. Also, your chosen areas will probably have CDC/RCO meetings. Definitely attend those. Do you own your own home? If not, a house hack, whether a MFH or using roommates, is a great way to get your first investment property under your belt.
