It is really great to be a part of this amazing website, it absolutely has the power to change the course of your life for the better. I am so thankful that I happened to stumble onto BP, and like most everyone here, I have been scouring and devouring as much as possible on this site. I believe I have about 4 real estate rental books from here, my newest by Scott Trench called "Set for Life". This text is such an incredible book! I highly recommend purchasing "Set For Life"!

This place is such a goldmine, such expert information that is very much appreciated by us "Newbies", and all, really. I love the expert advice from Pro member Aaron Mazzarillo, BP VP Scott Trench, and a world of other posters. I especially dig the thread by member Taylor Nunn about what one would do if they started in real estate investing all over again. Priceless! Bravo,Taylor!!

I work in radiology (Diagnostic, and Computed Tomography, Dexa~Scan) and I am just about at my goal of 100K saved to springboard my real estate rental portfolio. My first purchase I will most definitely "House Hack", whether that will be a condo, SFR, a Multi~Unit or other is still to be figured out. I am leaning towards a Multi~Unit. Also, I live in Orange County, California, so everybody knows that an outhouse is at least $100,000.00 out here! Ha! So, my quandary is to find a property (Multi!) that I may be able to purchase that is not too crazy far. We shall see! I am really jazzed about the expert information and all the willing members to help one another out.

Anyway, without writing a dissertation here, that is my introduction. Thank you incredible BP staff, thank you everybody here on BiggerPockets, I (we!) deeply appreciate all the priceless information.
