I agree with @Sarah Lorenz. I went back to school after decades of only taking classes here and there. 8 years ago, I went into a radiology program, and while it was WELL worth it, Sarah Lorenz, is right, it is very, very, very, hard and painful. I had my Real Estate license in my 20s, and sold new homes for a few developers. Not easy, markets change constantly!

Now, I am working in 2 hospitals, and an imaging center, super~busy and loving it, AND in my off time, I am studying to get my RE license again (It lapsed). I would STAY IN SCHOOL, work your *** off, AND study for your RE license. All the income I make in Radiology, I dump into my real estate investments, as well as Index Funds.

Also, listen to motivational videos, read wealth building texts, fill your mind with the mind~set of "Super~Achievers", listen to Darren Hardy, Eric Thomas, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, pump your mind with every single wealth and motivational item you can find!

In this new year I have started "Living your Best Year Ever" and it has been life changing. Way too much to go into here, but something as simple as I wake up at 4AM every single day now, and it is AMAZING what one can accomplish when you take MASSIVE ACTION.

Best to you, stay in school, and work HARD towards your millions!

Best in Profits!

Hello, @Alex Gallardo. I have not paid for any RE program as of yet. I am sure there are incredible programs out there, I just haven't come to the point of spending hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of dollars on a program. I know there are programs that I have heard have extraordinary results.

I tend to take the information that @Robert Napoli has given as gospel. It seems Robert has first hand experience. If I am told I will specifically speak to Chris Rood, I better speak to Chris Rood. And Robert has never heard back from Chris OR Darren. Not good. So, between Darren and Chris Rood, it seems there is no call back. But they got the $500.00, right? Robert was available Saturday and all day Sunday, and no call? Seriously? No response whatsoever? I would be bent out of shape.

I have seen 9th grade students with more responsibility, integrity, and honor than that. I don't know the company personally, but as Robert said, "That's all you need to know".

I guess you see why I haven't been "Gung Ho" to check out any programs in a serious fashion. I know, I can't judge all companies based on one company, but suffice it to say, "Caveat Emptor".

Be careful out there, and Merry Christmas!

Post: Did I Mention I HATE The Stock Market?......

True, @Caleb Heimsoth. I am just trying to get some solid footing so as to make wise decisions going forward. Looking at all of my Index Funds, the returns over the past 20 years has been about 8%. That is actually not too shabby. It is not that I view RE as superior, I don't have enough expertise for that, I simply desire to invest my money in the best possible places that will give me the best possible returns. And I know that is different for everybody.

Thank you for your input, I really appreciate your time, Caleb.

Best!  $$$

~Daniel

Let's review!!! The high for the Dow Jones Industrials was on October 3rd, 2018 at 26,828.39. The Dow closed today at the level of  21,792.20. Just shy of 3 months, and the Industrials have lost 5,036.19 points. The excellent information that @Joel Owens shared is starting to carry great weight. I am not panicking, nor will I ever, we have all been through this before, it really is how one reacts to it. BUT, I am almost persuaded to invest in real estate ONLY. I am just trying to put "Thoughts to Paper" and figure out my best course of action on investing over the next 25 years.

I like the way Joel Owens has friends that are invested in real estate only, but there are many, many, asset classes in which to invest. Forgive my yammering, but I think it is therapeutic, plus it is an awesome thread for all of us to learn a little bit, no matter if you are just starting in RE or are a multimillionaire!

Thank you kindly, @Hoang Nguyen, @Brian Ortins,@Andrew Barrios,@Account Closed, for your excellent input! Really appreciate everybody here.  :)

Have an awesome Christmas Eve Day, everybody, and Best of Profits!  $$$
