Hi everyone,

My wife and I have been investing in rental property here in Memphis, TN over the last 15 years. We are native Memphians, and love our gritty, cultured, hard working town. Most of our rentals are duplexes. A friend turned me on to BP and I have been listening to many of the podcast. Great info for sure, and even though we have our systems that work pretty well, it is always refreshing to learn new aspects of other people's experiences. You can teach an old dog new tricks.
