Realtor getting into Wholesaling.
Hello everyone,
I am a New Realtor in Adrian MI. I also work full time and I am getting ready to retire by the first of the year.I will jump into my Real Estate full time after that but my main focus will be on Wholesaling. I have been reading a lot and been listening to a few books on Audio Books.
Any advise for a NEWBIE? I love learning new thing and new ways to make money. Just taking the first step is the hardest. I have to talk to my broker to see if their is any kind on "Conflict on Interest" to be safe. But any help would be very appreciated.

Most of the brokers I know do not allow their agents to do wholesaling.
