I live in the biggest small town in our county and I have the opportunity to flip a lot of homes but don't know if their are any investors that would be interested. Could use some guidance in this area.

Thank you James and Emmit thanks. I am new at this so instead of just jumping into the deep end and hoping for the best I want to learn all I can. Working full time and doing Real Estate is very time consuming but well worth it. My commute for work is an hour and a half one way so a lot of time for Audio books. So if you have any suggestions please let me know. I will be retiring from my full time job at the first of the year so I want to be ready when I do jump in the water so I can make the biggest slap I can!!!

Would I just keep this to myself or not go into it at all?  Just a question.

Hello everyone,

I am a New Realtor in Adrian MI. I also work full time and I am getting ready to retire by the first of the year.I will jump into my Real Estate full time after that but my main focus will be on Wholesaling. I have been reading a lot and been listening to a few books on Audio Books.

Any advise for a NEWBIE? I love learning new thing and new ways to make money. Just taking the first step is the hardest. I have to talk to my broker to see if their is any kind on "Conflict on Interest" to be safe. But any help would be very appreciated.
