Dreaming big outside of Charlotte, NC
I'm Chris from Gastonia, NC which is on the outskirts of Charlotte. I'm new to bigger pockets but not entirely new to investment properties. I currently have 2 single family rental homes in the area and under contract for a 3rd. I'm looking forward to interacting with other investors and would like to start pursuing my first apartment complex or storage locker facility in the near future. Welcome. I invest on the other side of you in Concord/Kannapolis. I'm always on the lookout in your area for multifamilies. It definitely has the potential to blow up at some point.
