Gastonia would be a great place for you to get started. home values are low enough to start small and then build up from there. I believe Gastonia will be built up nicely in the next 10 years. this is the area I'm going to focus on for now.

I'm Chris from Gastonia, NC which is on the outskirts of Charlotte. I'm new to bigger pockets but not entirely new to investment properties. I currently have 2 single family rental homes in the area and under contract for a 3rd. I'm looking forward to interacting with other investors and would like to start pursuing my first apartment complex or storage locker facility in the near future. Looking forward to hearing from y'all!
