Hi All! I've been a big fan of Bigger Pockets and finally decided to get involved with the community. I recently moved from New York to Jacksonville, FL and figured there's no better time to get my feet wet in the real estate world than right now. I'm an accountant by trade and am really enjoying the constant challenge of learning. It seems like the market is really hot right now down here so I'm still getting a feeling for what a good deal looks like down here. I'm looking to utilize my FHA loan for a duplex and go the house hacking route but also would be open to a condo in the 150k-200k range.
