Hi Bigger Pockets community. I found the BP podcasts through a YouTube video. I was pleasantly shocked to find such a transparent discussion of real estate investment. This community is amazing and I look forward to joining with you all. A little about myself: I am employed by the US Army, have a SFH in the Maryland College Park area, and I enjoy the time that I get to be with my family. I claimed College Park MD as my location due to my SFH being there but My work actually moves me all over the states/world. I have arrived at a place where my debts are paid off minus a mortgage and I am living within budget. That has freed my thinking to consider how to best leverage my income. I am interested in buy and hold real estate investment and I am conducting my research. Thank you to everyone that has shared experiences and advice on this site. It is a blessing and I hope to add value in the future. - John
