Hello all! I'm Robert, I'm looking to get started along the real-estate investment path. I'm planning on purchasing my first home in august as my primary residence; however, I want to purchase a home that I can turn into my first rental when I purchase a second property. Is there anything I should look for as far as location, features, etc?

Hey @Robert Griffiths Welcome my friend! Have you considered maybe buying a duplex and living on the other side as an option? You can hit two nails with one hammer with that strategy. Just a suggestion!

Glad to have you here!
