Hi my name is Michael Parker and I am a 21 year old newbie from Tampa, Fl who has pretty much no experience in real estate but I have always been interested in the idea of flipping homes and in the process of trying to find information on it all I found the bigger pockets podcast and it's only gotten me more motivated to get into REI but I am looking for some help on truly getting started in all of this. One advantage that I feel I have is being a US Army veteran and being able to get a VA loan.
