Devon Garbus I have a pretty comfortable living situation right now where that doesn't interest me as much as actually rehabbing and flipping a home or at least learning how to do that.

To tell you a bit about myself I am a 21 year old Army veteran who is trying to get into REI and I am looking for someone who has a lot of REI experience and would be willing to mentor me. I am a hard working motivated person who truly believes that I can make something of myself as a REI I want to initially flip and eventually work my way to rental properties. If anyone out there is willing to mentor me or maybe even just get lunch to talk about some of the basics it would be greatly appreciated and I would help you out in anyway that I can to get my foot in the door.
