I wish I would've seen the mentions, need to check my notifications to see why I am not receiving. I like 07107 and 07104 for their proximity to multiple forms of transportation, low incedence of dilapidated houses as well as bordering nice towns Belleville NJ and Bloomfield NJ. I do however own one property in the "numbered streets" I think I mentioned this before but not on this post so I will say it again, anyone interested in owning in Newark should stop by Eviction court in Essex County Courthouse.
